How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for skate shoes?

We accept returns on all unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on shoes that have been skated in or show signs of grip tape wear.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific region and local customs regulations.

How do I find the right size for éS footwear?

Our shoes generally run true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a bit more room for impact protection insoles, we recommend sizing up by half a size.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for changes. Please contact our support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the package leaves our warehouse.
